Guided by renowned Pastry Chef Dimitris Chronopoulos and brought to life by our own master baker Michalis Tzortzakis, Bakehouse marked the beginning of a new chapter for Hacienda: handcrafted breads, viennoiserie, pastries and desserts, made fresh from scratch every single day.
Walk by early in the morning and you'll understand before you even open the door.
