Our Philosophy
If we had to describe our cuisine, we'd probably call it New American with Mediterranean influences.
But honestly? We'd rather let the food speak for itself.
We create only what we truly believe in, even when it takes more time, more care and more effort.
We cure our own bacon and craft our own charcuterie. We use fresh Greek chicken and locally sourced meats. Every dessert is made in our own Bakehouse, and our bread is baked from scratch every day.
Every ingredient has a purpose.

We partner with Greek farmers, artisans and small producers to source ingredients that are fresh, authentic and responsibly produced.
From farm to plate, we're constantly searching for better, cleaner and more sustainable ways to do what we love.

Our signature Galeni sheep's milk cream cheese comes directly from a local family producer who continues to make it using traditional methods.
Our herbs are wild-grown on the mountainsides of Crete and Northern Greece. Our meats are fresh and Greek. Our fruit and vegetables are delivered daily.
