It All Started with a Dessert
It was 2013.
We were serving exceptional coffee, a small but carefully crafted menu, and a handful of desserts, all made in our own kitchen.
And somehow, that was enough.
One dessert led to another. A muffin. A freshly baked loaf of bread. A new recipe. One more idea.
Before we even realized it, Bakehouse had already been born.
In 2017, when we opened our second location, we made an important decision: to bring all of our baking in-house.
Early mornings before sunrise. Late nights long after closing. Flour everywhere. Countless batches. Even more lessons.
It was in that small workshop that the foundations of what we now call Bakehouse were built.
From a Small Workshop to a Modern Bakery
By 2020, Bakehouse was ready for its next chapter.
Our little bakery could no longer keep up with the demand, so we moved into a larger, purpose-built production space designed to support what we love most: baking every day for the people who trust us.
Today, our team of bakers and pastry chefs prepares artisan breads, viennoiserie, pastries and desserts from scratch every single day, using carefully selected ingredients, refined techniques and meticulous attention to every step of the process.
From the first mix to the final bake, every Bakehouse creation reflects the philosophy that has guided us from day one: to make real food, with respect for the ingredients and the craft behind every product.
