From the very first day we opened Hacienda, we loved experimenting. Trying, tasting, refining. Building something, taking it apart, and starting over until it felt right.
Coffee. Cold brew. Tea. Lemonades. Fresh juices. Cocktails.
For us, craft has always mattered more than trends.
When we began exploring extraction, we didn't stop at the obvious. We worked on cold brew long before it became popular, testing coffees, roast profiles, brewing times, equipment and techniques—again and again—until every bottle tasted exactly as we imagined.
That same philosophy led us further.
In 2021, we created our own Brewhouse.
A place dedicated to producing handcrafted beverages the way we believe they should be made: with real ingredients, clean recipes and complete transparency.
No artificial shortcuts.
No unnecessary additives.
No pretence.
Today, every cold brew coffee, lemonade, tea and juice that carries the Brewhouse name is prepared by our own team, bottled with a production date and delivered fresh to our stores.
