We're always looking for people who want to grow, create and become part of a team built on shared values.
To us, a CV tells only part of the story.
Skills can be learned.
Experience is earned.
What truly matters is who you are.
What drives you.
What inspires you.
What makes you wake up every morning excited to create something meaningful.
If you love hospitality, great coffee, honest food and genuine human connection, there's a good chance we'll get along.
We're not simply looking for employees.
We're looking for people who want to grow with us.
We'd love to hear your story.
I believe no great company is ever built without great people.
At Hacienda, our greatest investment has never been our cafés or our equipment. It has always been our people.
We've built a culture rooted in respect, trust, collaboration and the freedom to grow. We want every person who joins our team to feel they're evolving—not only professionally, but personally as well.
From day one, Hacienda has been more than a business. It's an idea. A community. A way of creating meaningful moments through coffee, food and hospitality.
That idea continues to grow every day, thanks to the people who choose to share it with us.
Nikos Zervos
CEO & Founder
These aren't just words on a wall. They're the principles that shape how we work, grow and treat one another.
We believe growth isn't a privilege for a few.
It's an opportunity everyone deserves.
That's why we invest in education, continuous learning and personal development.
Because when one person grows, the whole team grows with them.
We want our people to feel healthy, supported and secure.
That's why we provide private health insurance, wellbeing benefits through the Hacienda Family Card and initiatives that support everyday life.
Because caring for our people doesn't stop when the shift ends.
We build careers.
Many members of our team have been with Hacienda for more than a decade.
Not because they stayed in the same place.
Because they kept growing alongside the company.
We're not afraid to experiment.
To evolve.
To make mistakes.
To learn.
Growth isn't a project.
It's a mindset.
We believe great teams aren't built on targets alone.
They're built on trust, laughter and people who genuinely enjoy creating together.
Because when you love what you do, it shows.
We respect our community, our environment and the people around us.
We support local producers, reduce our environmental footprint and contribute to initiatives that create positive social impact.
For us, hospitality begins with the community we belong to.
We don't believe in empty words.
We believe in everyday actions.
In honesty.
In accountability.
In teamwork.
And in the belief that, together, we can leave the world a little better than we found it.

I started at the company back in 2015 working as a barista in a small neighborhood café and nothing foreshadowed this development! For Nikos and George, of course, the vision was clear, even if it seemed utopian at the time! I loved this vision and believed in it, aiming to be part of it. 10 years later as People & Catering Operations Manager of the company, having evolved on a professional and personal level, the vision continues to grow as well as the passion for development; always guided by the values and beliefs that brought us here today. HACIENDA is an idea, it is evolution, it is a strength, but above all, it is a home and a family for anyone who chooses to join it.
Katerina Zachou
People & Events Operations Manager

For the past 15 years I have shared the same love and philosophy for hospitality with the Hacienda family. From day one until today, I am constantly given the opportunity to express my creativity and evolve through different fields. It is important for me to work in an environment where I am valued and where there are opportunities and support for development, and I do not just feel like a worker, but part of a family.
Maro Archavli
Beverage Production Manager & Barista Trainer

I have been working at Hacienda for about 8 years. From the very first moment I wanted to be part of the team and I started working as a waiter. The main reasons were the pleasant atmosphere, the creativity in the workplace, the love for the product, and the continuous training. Cooperation with esteemed experts in the field of hospitality has helped bring my best results and upgrade my personal development.
Jenny Kalonikou
Store Manager

The need for continuous improvement and the effort for continuous development in the field of hospitality was and is my primary goal. The project of Hacienda covers all my needs, since working with the best, I feel that I am getting a little better every day. Running a Hacienda location provides me all the support and supplies that I need to be able to provide our customers with an exceptional experience.
Andreas Zacharioudakis
Store Manager

I have been working at the company since 2013, practically from the first day of its operation. I believe that the attention to details, the search for knowledge, and creativity are the main characteristics that contribute to its upward trajectory. What I appreciate is the excellent working environment and working conditions, as well as the fact that my work is recognized as I develop in my field of expertise.
Eva Pateraki
Administrative Accountant

Training and specialization are among the most important factors for the quality of services we provide to our company. We recognize that education is not only a process, but a constant effort for improvement. For this reason, we provide continuous training to our staff. To ensure they are equipped with the latest tools and knowledge in order to offer exceptional experience and products to our visitors.
George Kontorinis
Director of Quality Assurance & Education/Co-Owner

I started working in the company about 13 years ago in the bar and service positions. The fact that the company is progressive and has a new generation philosophy in general and especially in the field of coffee, attracted me to join its family. The support and respect I receive has kept me going to this day. The years I have been working at Hacienda, helped me evolve and the experience I gained from all the professional positions I worked for was and is invaluable to me.
